A 40-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Sept. 7 with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and related crimes after a Sept. 6 road-rage stabbing on I-476 southbound near Exit 13 that led to a police pursuit into Radnor Township, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Sept. 9. Villanova University issued a shelter-in-place at about 5:30 p.m. that was lifted at 6:41 p.m. once both suspects were in custody in Radnor. Two men were charged with three counts each of rape of an unconscious victim, sexual assault, and indecent assault stemming from an alleged Feb. 1 incident at an Eastern University dormitory in St. Davids, Radnor Patch reported Sept. 10 citing charging documents filed by the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
